Crawford Co., IN - 210± Acres with excellent timber and easy access to county maintained McClure Road. Turkey Fork Creek runs through the property. The tract supports sawtimber size timber with the predominant species being white oak, red oak, yellow poplar and black oak. There has been no timber harvesting activity on this tract since 1987. This tract has excellent recreational potential with food sources of nearby crop lands, composition is well stocked with mast producing species, and a running water source throughout. An extensive network of wood trails are maintained for easy access and viewing.


From exit 92 on I-64 turn west on SR 66 towards Leavenworth and go 1.6 miles. Turn right on Indian Ridge Road. Go 1.1 miles and cross SR 62 onto Fredonia Road. Go 1.7 miles and turn right on McClure Road. Go .9 miles and tract is on right.
