Crawford Co. - 190± Acres. These are great investment tracts located just off of SR 64. There is timber value and great hunting potential. These tracts had an improvement cut in 2006 and now support a well managed stand of white oak, black oak, red oak and hickory. Tract 34 and 36 join the Hoosier National Forest.


From intersection of SR 64 and SR 145 in Birdseye, travel east on SR 64 (towards English) 4.8 miles to Anderson Creek Rd. Turn right on Anderson Creek and travel .3 miles to the property on the right side of the road.
