Orange Co. - 214± Acres. These are exceptional tracts with each having frontage on the beautiful Patoka River. Tracts 28 and 29 support walnut plantations which were established in the early 1970s. Tract 30 supports predominantly black oak, white oak, hickory and yellow poplar with the last silvicultural operation being carried out in 2002. A fresh water spring flows from the hillside on Tract 30.
From Valeene: From the intersection of CR 325E and CR 825S on the south side of Valeene, travel west on CR 825E 1.7 miles to the property on both sides of the road. From English: From the intersection of SR 37 and SR 64 at English, travel north on SR 37 5 miles to Bacon Rd (CR 1025S). Turn right on Bacon and travel 2 miles (road becomes CR 840S) to the property on the left side of the road.
