Orange Co. - 309± Acres. These very desirable tracts are located just outside of the village of Valeene, all with frontage on paved county roads. Tract 27 joins the Hoosier National Forest and has a mature high quality stand of hardwoods. It also has frontage on the Patoka River. Tract 26 supports a significant volume of sawtimber made up of black oak, white oak and yellow poplar. From Valeene: From the intersection of CR 325E and CR 820S (Valeene-Hardinsburg Rd) in Valeene, travel north .4 miles on CR 325E to the property on the left side of the road. From English: From the intersection of SR 37 and SR 64 at English, travel north on SR 37 5 miles to Bacon Rd (CR 1025S). Turn right on Bacon and travel 3.9 miles to the intersection of CR 825S and CR 325E (at Valeene Christian Church). Turn left on CR 325E and travel .7 miles to the property on the left side of the road.
