Orange Co. - 170± Acres. These tracts are each easily accessed from paved county roads with new stone on the access into Tract 19. Abundant wildlife can be found due to the diversity of the habitat in the area. Tract 19 was last harvested in 1994 and now supports quality sawtimber with the dominant species being yellow poplar, white oak and red oak. Tract 20 had an improvement cut in 2005 and now supports white oak, chinquapin oak, black oak and sugar maple. Rural water is available on Tract 20.
From the intersection of SR 37 and US 150, downtown Paoli, travel east on US 150 10 miles to CR 750E at Rego. Turn left (north) on CR 750E (becomes CR 755E) and travel 2.3 miles to CR 300S. For Tract 19 turn west (left) on CR 300S and travel .8 miles to the property on the right side of the road. For Tract 20 continue north on CR 750/755E .4 miles to CR 250S. Turn left on CR 250S (becomes Rego Millersburg Rd) and travel 1.2 miles to the property on the left side of the road.
