Martin Co. - 231± Acres. A wooded tract adjoining Crane Naval Center to the north. Tract 51 has public water available along the county blacktop road. Good hunting tracts! There are stands of yellow poplar, hard maple, and hickory on the property. There is also a 35-year-old white pine planting. These tracts have been marked for a select harvest and are ready to cut.
Tracts 49: From the intersection of US 50 and SR 450 (west of Shoals), travel north on SR 450 2.9 miles to Dover Hill Rd. Turn left (west) on Dover Hill and travel 250 feet to DH Gate Rd. Turn right (north) on DH Gate and travel 1.8 miles to the property on the right side of road.
Tract 50 & 51: From the intersection of US 50 & SR 450 (west of Shoals), travel north on SR 450 3.3 miles to Witt Rd. Turn north on Witt and travel 1 mile to the property on both sides of the road.
