Martin Co. - 292± Acres. Wooded with hardwoods and pines. White River frontage with a level to rolling topography and county road frontage. Tracts 24 and 25 contain a large 33 year old walnut plantation where over 20,000 walnut seedlings were planted in the mid 1970s along with a native hardwood mix of predominantly white oak and red oak. Partial select harvest was done 5 years ago.
From the intersection of US 50 and US 150 on the east side of Shoals, travel east on US 50 7.8 miles to Clark Cemetery Rd. Turn north on Clark and travel .1 mile to Sutton Rd. Turn west on Sutton and proceed 1 mile to a T . Turn left and proceed .5 mile to Tract 27 or continue on Sutton (becomes Williams Rd.) to Tracts 24-26.
