Martin Co. - 195± Acres. These tracts vary in size from 20 acres to 80 acres, quality hardwood stands with county road frontage. There are old field plantings of loblolly pine and yellow poplar from 1976 and mixed hardwoods of white oak, yellow poplar, northern red oak, black oak, and ash. These tracts border the Martin State Forest.



From the intersection of SR 56 and US 150 at the north edge of French Lick/West Baden, take US 150 west 4.2 miles to CR 275N (at Roland), turn north on CR 275N and travel 4.6 miles to CR 675N. Turn west on CR 675N and travel .7 mile to CR 58. Turn north on CR 58 and travel .5 mile to property.
